The Southern Agricultural Equipment Innovation Center has built a 300-mu regenerative rice AI smart farm in Xiazhong Village, Xinluo District, Longyan. Leveraging Academician Luo Xiwen's team's driverless agricultural machinery technology and Academician Xie Huaan's team's "Fuxiangzhan" rice variety and planting technology, the project explores an unmanned full-cycle planting model of "agricultural machinery + agronomy" for regenerative rice, addressing the issue of high compaction rate.

Addressing the characteristics of small and scattered hilly plots in the region, the project has developed customized mechanized production and planting solutions for regenerative rice fields, including the following innovations:

The Regenerative Rice AI Smart Farm Project in Xinluo District, Longyan, Fujian is located in Xiazhong Village, Yanshi Town, covering a total area of 300 mu. The project innovatively combines Academician Luo Xiwen's team's driverless agricultural machinery technology with Academician Xie Huaan's team's "Fuxiangzhan" rice variety and planting technology, creating an unmanned full-cycle planting model of "agricultural machinery + agronomy" for regenerative rice.

Addressing the characteristics of small and scattered plots in local hilly areas, the project has specially customized driverless harvesters and transplanters with narrow tracks (20cm), effectively solving the problem of high field compaction rate caused by traditional agricultural machinery. Meanwhile, the installed intelligent pest monitoring lights enable real-time monitoring and early warning of field pests and diseases.

Based on the "Fuxiangzhan" high-quality rice variety planting technology and combined with the characteristics of agricultural machinery used in the project, the technical team from Longyan Agricultural Science Institute has developed a complete set of field management standards, ensuring the perfect integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy, and providing technical support for high and stable yields of regenerative rice.
